Questions we often get
Are there any special power requirements for your photo booth?
No, there aren't. We require only a standard Type G power socket, and will bring our own extension socket.

How much space do you need to set up your photo booth?
With the exception of our 360 photo booth, which requires a 4m x 4m space, we recommend setting aside a 3m x 3m space for our photo booth.

Can I customise my photo frames with my logo or theme?
Absolutely! We offer frame templates that you can customise with your own logo, theme, names and dates, just to name a few. Simply provide us with your desired designs, and we’ll create a photo frame that’s uniquely yours!

Does my photo booth rental come with props?
Yes, each of our photo booth rentals comes with a variety of props such as fedoras, cheerleading poms poms, plushies, oversized glasses and quirky foam board cutouts, so you can let loose your goofiest.

How many prints can I take during my photo booth rental?
You can take as many as you like. But we also want to give every guest a chance to create his or her own memories, so you may need to wait for your turn. It’s worth the wait - we promise!

Will I be able to access digital copies of my photos?
Definitely! We'll provide you with a QR code that you can scan to save high-resolution digital copies of all the photos that you take during your event to your smartphone - perfect for sharing on social media or just for keeps.

How far in advance should I make a booking for my photo booth?
As we have limited slots per day, we recommend making a booking as early as possible.

What happens if I need to postpone or cancel my event?
Upon confirmation of your booking, we collect a 50% non-refundable deposit. The 50% balance is collected only after your event.
